A Clear Mission for the Video
Before the first visual idea, we clarify what the audience should understand. Is it about a new offer, a specific product benefit, or the positioning of a brand? What claim can the company substantiate? And what action is appropriate after the video?
These answers define the concept. A short promotional video doesn't need to explain every single service. Often, a clear main message helps determine the themes and narrative structure.
From Idea to Production
Based on the briefing, we develop a feasible concept. Before filming, scenes, locations, participants, required products, and organizational tasks are coordinated. Depending on the project, other trades and requirements may be involved.
After filming, we edit, sound, color grading, and add agreed-upon effects or graphics. Approval is granted based on the agreed-upon concept and the final versions. New statements or additional scenes represent changes to the scope and must be planned accordingly.
What influences the costs?
A 15-second spot can require more effort than a longer interview. Crucial factors include staging, the number of filming locations, participants, travel, music, usage rights, and post-production. A flat-rate price quote without this information would be of little use.
The main film, short versions, and different aspect ratios should be considered individually in the planning. A new edit for a different platform can require more work than delivering a finished version in a different file format.
Consider future use early on
If the film is intended for advertising, we will coordinate the design and planned distribution. Advertising management will be agreed upon separately. For factual product demonstrations, a product video might be the more suitable format.
