First the Goal, Then the Selection
Before the search, the goal of the collaboration must be defined. Is the aim to explain an offering, demonstrate an application, or address a specific target group? This determines the criteria for topics, audience, format, and collaboration.
Reach alone does not answer these questions. It is also crucial whether the creator can address the topic credibly and whether the planned content aligns with the actual offering. Existing key performance indicators (KPIs) are considered in context.
A Briefing with Flexibility and Clear Boundaries
The briefing includes essential product information, verifiable statements, desired results, and deadlines. It should also clearly state information that may not be used. At the same time, a collaboration needs room for the creator's presentation style.
If every sentence is meant to sound like a pre-written corporate video, it's worth considering whether a traditional advertising video production would be a better fit.
Organization and Approvals
Every collaboration requires clearly defined points of contact. Agreed-upon content, deadlines, and approvals are coordinated. The scope of use, further distribution, and potential paid distribution must also be clarified in advance. These cannot be inferred simply from the delivery of a file.
Clear communication prevents creators from receiving conflicting feedback from different departments. Who approves technical statements and final content should be determined at the outset.
Post-Publication Evaluation
Evaluation depends on the objective and the available data. This can include content usage, qualified feedback, or understandable inquiries. Decisions regarding further collaboration should also consider the quality of the communication and the delivered material.
For collaborations within the DACH region or other European markets, language, target audience, and geographical scope are explicitly planned. Additional ad support is a separate service module.
To request support, please tell us your goal, product, desired markets, and any existing contacts. We will then determine the appropriate level of support. Further services are listed in the overview.
