Individual Tasks or a Complete Production
Support can cover individual roles, a single shoot, or a more comprehensive implementation. For this, we need a clear briefing: objective, concept status, required deliverables, budget, and deadlines. We clarify which services are already prepared and which still need to be developed.

Responsibilities Before the Start
Who approves technical statements? Who makes decisions on set? Who gathers client feedback? These questions are particularly important when multiple teams are involved. A centralized approval process prevents different versions from being commissioned simultaneously.
Client contact, confidentiality, and, where applicable, client protection are explicitly agreed upon. These should not be inferred from the term "white label." We also stipulate whether and how the production may later be used as a reference.
Working with a clear briefing
For implementation, we require the approved information and working documents. Unsorted chat logs do not replace a briefing and may contain unnecessary confidential information. A consolidated task description reflecting the current status is preferable.
Changes are assigned to this status. New content, additional shoots, or further language versions can alter the scope and deadlines. A clear change management process helps you maintain transparency with your client.
Handover and usage
The delivery list specifies final films, variations, and technical formats. Raw footage, open project files, licenses, and archiving are separate points of agreement. This ensures clarity before the project begins regarding what your team can subsequently work with.
